Ptarmigan
This project had a few challenges due to the location. The steepness (12-15 degrees) required a two tiered retaining wall first be put in. It also required all materials be hauled in by truck and trailer due to steepness and smaller road access.
This was a large addition to an existing home. Through careful planning and coordination we were able to keep the homeowner in their house throughout the entire build.
This was a 2200 square foot addition plus 400 square foot remodel inside the current home to allow new and old to connect.
